This is how they do it on the Apalachicola Bay.  Hard work for tough men but it produces some of the best oysters known to man.

C'mon down and try a couple dozen real soon.

hard work indeed, i went out one time with clam digger for about 7 hours and just culling the 'sters was a bitch to say the least, hehe. much respect to the oystermen.
