The Owl Cafe in Apalachicola. Built on the site of the original cafe, this modern restaurant is a replica of the building that was lost to a fire in 1911. "The Owl" now serves a fine menu of fresh local seafood, steaks and pasta and is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturdays (850-653-9888). The building behind the cafe was the original Post Office for Apalachicola and now houses LinLea's, one of a growing number of new shops and thriving businesses in our area.
