The new line of Everglades boats uses NMMA Innovation Award-winning RAMCAP™ (Rapid Molded Core Assembly Process), the proprietary and patented manufacturing process that results in a yacht quality unsinkable boat finished both inside and out. "We sandwich the hull and deck around a structural foam core by using a vacuum to bond the glass to the foam instead of simply pouring foam into the empty cavity between the hull and deck, like most manufacturers do," Dougherty says. "What we offer with RAMCAP is a more durable one-piece boat that is also lighter and roomier."
